Lego ghosts have always been a favorite when it comes to minifigures. Complete with an excellent grandfather clock and the tell tale ball and chain, this set is a great standalone or addition to the larger monster fighter sets or perhaps any previously existing spooky creations.

No haunted house or castle is complete without the eerie midnight chime that serves as a green light for all ghosts, ghouls, and creatures to begin lurking. This small, but very fun set contains a beautifully designed grandfather clock fitting to the retro horror theme. I sort of wish the pendulum had a way of swinging rather than being stuck in the center, but for how simple the set is, I can't complain too much.
The ghost uses the modern hooded covering, glows in the dark and is assembled with a black head, white torso, and a brick for legs. The unique part of this guy is the ball and chain shackled to where a foot might have once been. The ball and chain is not its own accessory as I initially had thought but actually a ball knob piece attached to a short chain. It is the perfect horror accessory for a ghost such as this. You can almost hear him dragging it around on the second floor....
